Director of Operations & General Manager — Pappas Parkville

With a career in hospitality spanning over four decades, Jeanie has built a strong foundation in both the Food & Beverage and Hotel industries. Her journey began in the 1980’s at Romano’s in the Avenue Mall—owned by none other than Mark Pappas—where she folded pizza boxes as a pre-teen. From there, she gained experience at several area restaurants, including Pappas in Parkville in 1990, before advancing into leadership roles at some of Baltimore’s premier Inner Harbor hotels.

Working closely with then–General Manager Justin Windle and under the mentorship of owner Steve Pappas, she developed a reputation for excellence in leadership, team development, and guest satisfaction. Today, Jeanie proudly leads the Parkville location as Director of Operations and General Manager.

Known for her positive attitude, compassion, and dedication to her team, Jeanie plays a key role in ensuring Pappas Parkville continues to deliver exceptional results and memorable guest experiences.
